So….where were we?
Thanks to those few who didn’t give up on me in the last couple of months whilst I’ve been away. If anyone is still reading this, I haven’t died, I’ve just been taking a break from the written word. My hand is now pretty much better and although I still can't write very well, I’ve taught myself to type again (I’m now the fastest two fingered typist in the east!) and I think I’m just about ready to give this blog another go. Muchas Gracias to those few wonderful souls who didn’t give up on me, who stayed in touch and kept me from going crackers. I hope I can return your unwavering support one day.
Anyhoo, enough of my health issues. They’re boring. What else has happened? Well, on the movie front, our intrepid director is nearing the end of his debut six minute movie short, and a CGI-blockbuster fest it is too! Remind me to never again complain about the cost of nude photography! Movie making is around twenty times more expensive and about a hundred times more difficult. I wish I could describe the ins-and-outs about what Rich has been up to, but it’s so horribly technical it goes completely over my head. I’m thinking about providing a link to the final result when it’s complete so you can all marvel in horror at my appalling scriptwriting, the kids' novice (but highly enthusiastic) acting and Rich's amazing CGI (the CGI part is nothing sort of fantastic, considering it’s all a vertical learning curve.) The whole process has been mighty stressful though, and at this stage I think we’ll be grateful just to finish the bloody thing in time for the movie festival deadline in two weeks time.
Photography wise, Rich hasn’t done much I’m afraid (too busy with movie and day-job) but he’s making noises about going back to it soon. I’ve missed his photography more than I can possibly express. Movies are of course a creative art form and they sure are great fun, but I fell in love with b+w photography a few years ago, and I suspect that this love affair will continue for some time.
Anyhoo, y’all be pleased to hear that after two months away from writing, I’m rather photographically bunged up and if I don’t write something about it soon, my brain's gonna explode. Not an image you want to visualise, I’m sure, so without further ado, let’s get back to business…

Welcome Back!
KS
I'm glad to see you're blogging again.
So good to see you again! Welcome back. We'll trade notes on the film business. I have a feature premiering today as a matter of fact. My first one! We have been submitting to festivals since last December 1st so we're pretty pumped about getting into our first one.
Very cool, Z! Congrats! I can't wait to see your movie...send me a link if it ever gets uploaded online! My email address is lin at fluffytek.com.
You're obviously way more experienced at movies than we are, so I look forward to leeching -sorry, I mean learning - more info from you both.
You've absolutely made my day!
How wonderful to hear from you again, and that things are looking up!
I've missed you terribly! And I do GREATLY hope Rich gets back to a bit of shooting at some point!
xoxo,
~Lela
A very hearty welcome back to the written word! I've missed you view of things. Photography is expensive enough thank but good luck on the movie.
I love it when the ladies shop in the vegetable section. :o)
Good to see you are feeling better.
Stay well and take your time getting back in the groove.
Woot
Thanks folks!
BTW my mighty marrow is my very own....I grew it myself...who says veggies can't be art, eh?!
Welcome back friend.

Really glad you are feeling well enough to come back to us. With a very impressive vegetable too, and, having seen Rich's photos of you, I have no doubt you grew it yourself :>).
Wow! What a HOT green thingie! You sure come back with a BANG!
It's great to read you again, honestly. Bloggie world has been much less fun without you.
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lin is back:)
I learned the Smiley thingie from you, Lin. Apologies for the exclamation point fart.
Welcome back, kiddo. Missed you much in the last two months.
